Is the washer from the shimano BB or from Cruzbike? Both sides of the BB look the same other than one being inset the clamp

So I have just noticed where the Cruzbike arms clamp on to the bottom bracket it is but evenly centred. It seems my left pedal is rubbing on the arm instead of spinning on the BB. See photos here I have tried to loosen the bolts and move it but it won't budge...

This has been super interesting to catch up on. I have always thought of a bespoke frame in Titanium. That is 1 piece boom to save weight, and then as mentioned as flat disc brakes, thru axles, closed underseat storage, etc but some really interesting ideas and prototypes here.

Thanks for your experience, I am trying to be smart and get quality but not spend money unnecessarily. I believe the smaller off brand Shimano bearings are worth upgrading with larger, tried and tested industrial bearings that can be replaced. I am considering the BBinfinate with steel bearings...
