How do you get the seatback to lay back so far. I get recumbutt after about an hour of riding and thought getting the seatback lower would help

What is a Thor seat? I get a sore butt after about 20 miles on my Sofrider. I was thinking of changing seat post to lower the seat angle. Would the Thor work better? Suggestions?
