best Handlebar

Is it only possible to ride the vendetta with the wide Handlebar or can you use a more aerodynamic one?
Like the ones on a M5, very small, elbows beneath the torso.
I would imagine, maybe there wouldn`t be enough force appliable to hold the front boom steady?

Most do not prefer having so little "leverage" with their arms, but I ride with what I call my "stubby" handlebar. It is only wide enough for my hands to cover. I believe it is pretty aero.
