Haversacks as panniers

Here is another luggage hack for Cruzbikes.
I got the idea from seeing similar things done with duffle bags.

The rack is the Axiom Flip-Flop DLX. (A great post rack, if you are looking for one.)
To this I've attached a couple of $10 haversacks in two places.
Originally, it was only attached up top but the bag would then occasionally slip back and rub on the tyre.
I then threaded a zip tie through a hole that is in the frame under the seat and attached the other end of the bag to that.
One of the pics shows a d-bolt being used, but I'd recommend just sticking to the zip ties. My initial plan was for them to be removable. But, the bolts are fiddly, and the stress on them makes them hard to unwind. Now I just line the inside of the bags with another haversack and pull it out when I reach my destination.

I can easily reach down into either of them, and I can also still add my panniers to the rear rack if there is a need for more storage.
