Cruzbike Refund Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@cruzbike.com if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
For those purchases you’ve simply changed your mind about, see our refund policy below, which applies to new items only.
Warehouse Clearance purchases are all final sale and cannot be returned.
Bikes
100 Mile Trial
Love it or get a full refund & free return shipping.
We're confident you'll love your bike! After you've ridden it for 100 miles, if you don't love it, we'll give you a full refund on the bike including return shipping on us.
Our 100 Mile Trial applies to new, full-price, complete T50, Q45, or S40 Cruzbikes purchased from the Cruzbike.com website by first-time Cruzbike owners in the contiguous United States only. For a full refund, your Cruzbike must be carefully disassembled and re-packaged in its original box according to the video instructions we provide.
To begin a 100 Mile Trial return, email support@cruzbike.com. For a return to be accepted, Cruzbike must provide the return shipping label.
If you send the bike back in a different box, poorly packaged or improperly disassembled, a minimum $500 repacking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Cruzbike Vendetta V20c
The Cruzbike V20c performance recumbent road bike is the most advanced, sophisticated, fastest unfaired racing bike on the market. The V20c represents years of development and design work. The carbon fiber front end is beautiful, light, and sleek. Because of the nature of this bike, it cannot be returned. We'll support you through the assembly process.
Framesets
Framesets are returnable for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days only if assembly has not been attempted. Once assembly has been attempted, framesets are non-returnable items.
To initiate a return: Email us at support@cruzbike.com For a return to be accepted, Cruzbike must provide the return shipping label. The cost of return shipping to our warehouse in Newburyport, MA will be deducted from your refund.
Accessories, Apparel and Parts
For all new accessories, apparel, and parts purchased from our website we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, uninstalled or otherwise unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Warehouse Clearance Bikes and Accessories
Warehouse Clearance purchases are all final sale and cannot be returned.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
