Shipping policy
All domestic orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International orders (those shipping outside of the US) may require up to 2 days to process. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous US for orders of $250 USD or more. This includes all bicycles and framesets.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. We chose the method that best suits the size and weight of your order.
If your order falls below $250 USD, a rate will be calculated based on the size and weight of the package and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most of the world. We ship via DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), those import duties and taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once you complete your order those duties and taxes will be remitted appropriately in your destination country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@cruzbike.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@cruzbike.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Cruzbike, Inc., 3 Graf Rd., Unit 8, Newburyport, MA, 01950 USA.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an invoice for a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@cruzbike.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
