If "Love" was two words it might be "Race Cage"

Have I mentioned yet that I love this bag? No? I LOVE this bag. As someone with Type 1 Diabetes, I always need to carry related "stuff" with me on rides like spare infusion sets, glucometer and test strips, low blood glucose supplies (aka - fast-acting carby food). In addition, I also like to carry ride-related stuff like water in a Camelbak 3 liter bladder, electrolyte powder (doubles as a fast-acting carby food), tools, Voile Nylon Brake Strap, cooling towels, a post-ride ball cap, gloves, etc. The Race Cage sometimes feels like one of those magic boxes where you just keep putting things into, and there's room for more! I recently went on a pretty cold ride with all of the above in the bag. Halfway through the ride, I was hot and some layers had to come off. They all got stuffed into the bag with zero difficulty. I had no worries over where my stuff was, knowing that it was securely stowed behind me. I got back on the bike, started pedaling, reached back for the bladder tube and was cheerfully off to complete the ride. 'Nuff said, right? Well, it's not a traditional bag on a traditional bike, where I might be able to reach in while riding, but did I ever really do that on a traditional bike? Okay, okay, I did do that on my recumbent trike with a traditional bag mounted to my side, but that's a totally different animal. I just love that this bag is just there behind me, not affecting anything about my ride "performance", but adding to my enjoyment knowing that my "stuff" can come along for the ride with me.

Race Cage

Bought the new Race Cage, really great product , light weight easy to install remove. I have used it on both V20 and S40. Adds space for bottles, bladder. Was able to store jacket once I warmed up. Well thought out accessory.

Race Cage

Love the new race cage...works great for hydration (I use a 1.5 Liter Camelback), tools and anything else you can't leave home without! However, being on the extreme small end of the V20C size range, I did have to make some adaptations to make it work without dragging on the rear wheel. All is good now, and I love it...just have to figure out a way to **** it out ;)

I love the quiet space of the case, its versatility for water bottles and light mounts and how easily it attaches to my V20. A home run addition to my racing and touring setup.

Bag review

Bag worked great but recommend when installing you use 242 blue locktite on the screws for the water bottle holder due to bumpy roads. I have tried many bags for the back of my V20 and this one is the lightest and quietest. Bottle holders are in a perfect position and the fabric is tight to frame as well. Love the Cruzbike logo on it as well. Next year i am going to purchase (first brand new bike for me) one of those gorgeous bright orange V20Cs and really really hope cruzbike comes out with an orange bag to match the frame. And by the way i tested it out yesterday and shaved 38 minutes off my PR for 100 miles.
