Welcome to Cruzbike! We are glad to have you here. As we grow, our dealer network is expanding, but for now, the vast majority of our customers order their Cruzbikes directly through our website without the opportunity to try one first. We know how risky that can feel, and we want you to know that we will support you every pedal-stroke of the way from questions about models and components to help getting your fit dialed in and learning to ride. We are also happy to process returns in the rare cases where Cruzbike just isn't a fit for a customer's needs. Our return policy is outlined below.

Complete Bicycles - T50, Q45, S40, V20

Complete bicycles purchased through our website are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee. The bicycle must be returned undamaged and packed adequately in its original box to be eligible for a return. 

If the bicycle has not been assembled or ridden, a full refund will be processed. The bicycle must be returned undamaged and packed adequately in its original box.

Framesets and Complete Unassembled Bicycles - T50, Q45, S40, V20

Framesets and Complete Unassembled Bicycles are returnable for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days only if assembly has not been attempted. Once assembly has been attempted, framesets and Complete Unassembled Bicycles are non-returnable items.

Accessories:

Accessories purchased through the Cruzbike website are returnable within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Accessories must be returned undamaged and packed adequately in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

International Orders

The above policies apply to international orders. Please note, orders shipped outside of the USA are often subject to import taxes and duties. It is the customer's responsibility to pay those duties. If a shipment is refused by the customer, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
